Parking passes are the customer's responsibility. Most Indianapolis-area venues sell parking separately from your concert ticket, and several require a pass to be bought in advance. If your drop-off point requires a paid pass, please purchase it ahead of time and share it with us before the event.
At many venues we can drop and collect at a rideshare or passenger loading zone without a pass at all — tell us your venue when you book and we'll advise on the best approach for that show.
